Production of the Hublot F1 King Power watch 11 June 2011

  • Precise placement of the central chronograph hand onto the central axis stemming out of the dial.
  • The special F1 straps ready to be fitted into the cases. The straps are made of rubber and Nomex - the same material used for F1 drivers' flame-proof clothing.
  • Careful placement of the finished dial into the Zirconium King Power case.
  • Testing the water resistance of the cases by immersing the cases under water at different pressure ratings.
  • Attachment of the oscillating-weight rotor. The rotor is responsible for winding the barrel(s) in automatic watches.
