Weather conditions are perfect once again today in Imola, for the start of private practice for the Jaguar, Renault, Jordan and Minardi teams. At the moment jackets are being worn, but the temperature is forecast to rise to 22 degrees by the afternoon, the sky will stay blue and wind will be minimal.

The forecast for the rest of the weekend remains less benign, however. There are still low chances of rain showers tomorrow morning and afternoon, and it will be cloudier all day with the temperature not getting much beyond 16 degrees. There is still a high chance of rain on Sunday. The weather will be cloudier still then and overcast, with a "strong" likelihood of scattered showers as the day goes on.
