Sunday weather report - Monaco 01 Jun 2003
Welcome to the final day here in Monte Carlo, where fears of a wet race are receding. It's 21 degrees Celsius at present, with an expected high around 25, the wind is a gentle 17 km/h easterly, visibility is unlimited and humidity 83 percent. In other words, conditions are almost perfect.
There are some clouds and the chance of rain is still rated at 20 percent, but few of the teams are expecting to need their wet weather tyres in this afternoon's Monaco Grand Prix, which gets underway at 2pm local time.
