Welcome to the final day of the Canadian Grand Prix, where the weather is a marked contrast even to yesterday's qualifying session, when the track was at least dry, but much of the day had been marred by rain.
This morning in Montreal and out on the nearby Ile Notre Dame, the skies are clear, visibility is unlimited again and a 10 km/h north-westerly breeze is blowing.
The sun will be out all day, there is zero chance of rain, and a temperature high of 21 degrees Celsius is expected.
In short, we should have perfect conditions for the 70 lap race which starts at 1pm local time.
