Well, after all the drama of Typhoon 22, Suzuka looks pretty good this morning, and the relief that the weather veered away at the last moment is tangible.

There was some more heavy rain overnight, but now it is dry, humid though overcast. An ambient temperature high of 27 degrees Celsius is forecast. The track will be damp for pre-qualifying, but should be dry for qualifying. There is still a chance of rain before or during the race, however.
