Williams took the fight to Ferrari in Malaysia. After the world champion's unexpectedly dominant one-two in Australia, Juan Pablo Montoya pushed Michael Schumacher all the way at Sepang.
And there was plenty of action behind the battle for the lead too. BAR emerged as the best-of-the-rest after Ferrari and Williams, eclipsing both Renault and McLaren, as Jenson Button scored his maiden Formula One podium.
