Saturday weather update - more of the same 03 Apr 2004
The news is that it’s every bit as hot today here at the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir as it was the previous two days.
The ambient temperature is already 31 degrees Celsius, while the track temperature is 44 and climbing. It will get hotter all the way through to qualifying this afternoon, with an expected high of 34 despite the clouds.
The forecast is the same for raceday, and as we reported yesterday the possibility of a thunder shower has been dismissed by locals although there are storms forecast for Monday.
