Sunday weather update - rain threat remains 04 Jul 2004
Welcome back to raceday at the French Grand Prix here in Never Magny-Cours, 10th round of the 2004 FIA Formula One World Championship.
The fact that it didn’t rain at all at the circuit yesterday was a source of great relief to most of the teams, particularly as the day eventually exceeded its expected ambient temperature high of 23 degrees Celsius by a couple of points following the unexpected disruption on Friday.
It is anticipated that it will be at least as hot today, but the threat of scattered showers remains.
