Welcome to Hockenheim and the German Grand Prix, which is the 12th round of the 2004 FIA Formula One World Championship.

It was very hot and humid in the paddock here yesterday, and despite a weak rain shower early this morning similar conditions are expected again today with an ambient temperature high of 31 degrees Celsius despite some cloud.

Rain is still forecast for Saturday, with cloud again on Sunday, but so far this has all the hallmarks of a typical traditional hot and sticky Hockenheim meeting so we will have to wait and see just how accurate such predictions prove.
