Welcome to the Italian Grand Prix here at Monza, the 15th round of the FIA Formula One World Championship.
As forecast, it was very warm in the paddock yesterday with an ambient temperature of 25 degrees Celsius. Similar temperatures are anticipated today, rising to 28 degrees tomorrow.
The official forecasts speak of a 60 percent chance of rain on Sunday, which would be remarkable, but the locals scoff and say they do not expect to see that.
