Luca Badoer and Marc Gene are to remain as Ferrari’s official test drivers for 2006, the team have confirmed. It will be Badoer’s ninth season with the Italian squad and the second for Gene, who celebrated his marriage to fiancée Eva just last week.

Badoer's and Gene's next testing appointment together will on November 19, at the start of a four-day session at the Bahrain International Circuit, host of the opening round of the 2006 season next March. All teams have been invited to the test, though only Ferrari are expected to attend.
