Ralf Schumacher and manager to split
|
Toyota driver Ralf Schumacher and personal manager Willi Weber are to part ways after working together for more than a decade. The reasons for the split have not been revealed.
In a statement published on Schumachers official website on Tuesday he said: "Willi Weber and I have taken the decision not to extend our co-operation and not to discuss the reasons for it in public."
Weber, who also manages Ralfs brother Michael, has overseen the Germans career throughout his time in Formula One racing. Ralf made his debut with Jordan in 1997, then spent six seasons with Williams before moving to current team Toyota this season, finishing sixth in the drivers' championship.
