Saturday morning heralds another beautiful day in Bahrain in readiness for the first qualifying session.

The Sakhir International Circuit is expected to enjoy an ambient temperature high of 36 degrees Celsius, the peak of the weekend, and this should mean a track temperature between 56 and 57 degrees. Tomorrow will be similar.

This will enable the teams to do their final race and qualifying set-up work this morning prior to low-fuel qualifying this afternoon and race-fuel qualifying tomorrow morning.

Yesterday's light breeze blew some sand on to the track surface, which generally remained slippery even as more rubber went down, and similar conditions are likely to remain today.
