New travel service for Formula1.com 12 Sep 2005

Formula One Administration Limited has signed an agreement with Expedia, Inc. a Washington Corporation, one of the worlds leading travel services companies, to offer a fully interactive ticket, travel search and booking facility for Formula1.com. This service, which is now under construction, will launch in the autumn of 2005.
Users of Formula1.com will be able to choose from a menu consisting exclusively of Formula One race events and dynamically package race tickets with a choice of flights, hotels and car hire. The service will offer the product variety and price competitiveness that the global internet community has come to expect and enjoy from Expedia®, and will use Expedias award-winning travel technology, which has been specifically adapted for Formula One.
At the launch of this service, new Destination Guides will be activated on formula1.com, which will offer comprehensive travel and cultural information about each race destination, enabling race enthusiasts to better compare events and make more informed travel decisions.
