Kimi Raikkonen will attend his last ‘Stars and Cars’ event on Saturday, before taking up residency at Ferrari as Michael Schumacher’s replacement. The annual show, organised by long-term McLaren partners Mercedes-Benz, marks the end of the German company’s motor sport season.

Among those joining the Finn will be 2006 McLaren team mate Pedro de la Rosa and test driver Gary Paffett. Raikkonen’s countryman and former Formula One world champion, Mika Hakkinen will also be in attendance, alongside fellow DTM driver, and five-time champion, Bernd Schneider.

The drivers will take part in demonstration runs in a variety of modern and historic machinery, as well as interviews and autograph sessions. They and the fans will also get the chance watch the McLaren Formula One team go head-to-head with their DTM counterparts in a pit-stop competition.

The free event is open to the public and will take place at the new Mercedes-Benz Museum and Centre in Stuttgart. It gets underway at 1000 hours local time.
