Williams announced on Wednesday that test driver Kazuki Nakajima will get his first taste of Grand Prix action in Australia this weekend. Nakajima is scheduled to drive for the team in Melbourne during at least one of Fridays two practice sessions.
The Japanese 21 year-old, son of ex-Formula One driver Satoru Nakajima, will assist with Williams' set-up work for the Australian race. It is not yet clear which of the newly-lengthened 90 minute sessions he will run in, or which race driver - Nico Rosberg or Alexander Wurz - he will replace.
Nakajima has taken part in five test sessions for Williams since he was signed in November 2006. As well as his 2007 testing role with the team, he will also compete in this years GP2 series.
