Spyker have been awarded their first-ever world championship point after Japanese Grand Prix stewards decided that Toro Rosso's Vitantonio Liuzzi had overtaken Adrian Sutil under a yellow flag on lap 55 of Sunday’s race. Toro Rosso are to appeal the decision.
