Final practice - just three drivers set a time 29 Sep 2007
The weather caused havoc at Fuji Speedway on Saturday morning, when the expected rain arrived early and low cloud prevented the medical helicopter from taking off in time to sanction the final practice session.
After half an hour of delay there was some sporadic running, in which Alexander Wurz set the fastest time of 1m 32.746s for Williams, ahead of team mate Nico Rosberg on 1m 34.758s and Jarno Trulli on 1m 36.150s for Toyota, but then the cloud dropped again and the helicopter was grounded once more.
There was further delay, before the session was abandoned. It remains to be seen what happens for qualifying this afternoon.
