New official website for Istanbul Park 15 Feb 2008
Istanbul Park, host of the Turkish Grand Prix, has launched a new official website for the circuit. The website, which is available in both Turkish and English, provides a plethora of information essential for anyone thinking of attending the May event, and, of course, tickets.
The new site includes a detailed guide to the circuit and its facilities, as well as advice on visiting the amazing city that is Istanbul. Visitors can get tips on finding their way to the track, as well as learning the story behind the Herman Tilke-designed venue, which made its debut on the Formula One calendar in 2005.
The site offers full online ticket sales for the 2008 Turkish Grand Prix, which takes place on May 09-11, as well as details of the exclusive hospitality available through the Formula One Paddock Club. If you are interested in looking back on the races history, there are results and photo galleries from previous years events, and for anyone not so familiar with Formula One racing there is even an introductory guide to the sport.
Istanbul Park boasts some impressive corporate facilities, with bespoke hospitality packages available, as well as various track hire options. More details can be found on the site, along with information on how to contact the circuit. Those in the media can use the site to learn how to obtain accreditation for the Turkish Grand Prix.
