Sunday weather update - wet race start expected 19 Apr 2009
Welcome to race day for the third round of the 2009 FIA Formula One World Championship, the Chinese Grand Prix at Shanghai International Circuit.
It will be partially cloudy once again with an ambient temperature high of 22 degrees Celsius. There has already been rain during the afternoon, and it looks set for a wet start to the race.
The race will run over 56 laps of the 5.451 kilometre (3.387 mile) track, or 305.066 kilometres (189.568 miles). It will start at 1500 hours local time, which is eight hours ahead of GMT.
