Williams have announced that their 2013 car, the Renault-powered FW35, will be launched at the start of next month’s second pre-season test, at Barcelona’s Circuit de Catalunya in Spain.

However, the team will be running their 2013 race livery - and key development parts for the new car - on last year’s FW34 at the opening Spanish test in Jerez from February 5.

The FW35 will be rolled out on the morning of February 19 by Williams’ 2013 driver line-up of Pastor Maldonado, who won last year’s Spanish Grand Prix for the team, and Finnish rookie Valtteri Bottas.

Williams finished eighth in the 2012 constructors’ standings with 76 points, a huge improvement on their disastrous 2011 campaign, which they ended with a tally of just five points.
