Ferrari F60 - Fisichella's qualifying spin 18 October 2009
Giancarlo Fisichella's spin in Q1 in Brazil looked harmless enough, but triggered a red flag after he was unable to get the car moving again. It later emerged that he had accidentally touched the engine cut-out switch (red arrow), located at the bottom right of the F60's steering wheel. Team mate Kimi Raikkonen suffered a similar problem once last season.
