Williams FW34 - new front wing 21 July 2012
Williams brought a new front wing to Germany. The nosecone on this new solution was markedly different, as it no longer featured an onboard camera housing on its side. A small flap had also been added (see red arrow) to the wing's second flap. Both Pastor Maldonado and Bruno Senna ran back-to-back evaluations with the new configuration. They eventually decided to use the newer version of the front wing's main plane and flaps, combined with the older nosecone, once more fitted with the side camera housing.
