McLaren MP4-20 - rear wing 04 September 2005
A dramatically reduced rear wing in terms of main profile and flap dimension for Monza. To further cut drag, both elements have a flat profile - unlike the curved one (designed to increase downforce) seen previously. That teams could run such small wings here highlights just how much downforce they have recovered over the season, as they have fully got to grips with the 2005 regulations.
