McLaren MP4-24 - revised rear diffuser 10 May 2009
Like most teams, McLaren have a revised aero package in Spain. However, a new front wing didn't give the expected results on Friday, leaving the team to retain only their updated diffuser on Saturday. It has a twin central section (1), different to the design seen at the start of the season but retaining a similar low central section (2). Note the little fin (3), which improves control of the drag generated by the rear tyres.
