Max Verstappen: Taking engine penalty at Russian GP was 'best' option
Max Verstappen says that Red Bull's decision to take a new engine for the 2021 Formula 1 Russian Grand Prix, and start from the back of the grid as a result, was the "best" option considering their FP1 performance and the weather forecast in Sochi.
