Nicholas Latifi: FP1 and FP2 performance different despite 'minimal changes'
Nicholas Latifi says that the performance of his Williams FW43B dropped off between FP1 and FP2 at the 2021 Formula 1 Austrian Grand Prix, despite the team making "minimal changes" between sessions at the Red Bull Ring.
