Qualifying: Kvyat left furious after almost hitting Russell in penultimate turn
Daniil Kvyat misses out on Q2 after a compromised fast lap at the end of qualifying for the 2019 Austrian Grand Prix. The Russian came upon George Russell as he went for the apex of Turn 9 in Spielberg, having to dive off track to avoid the Williams.
