When in doubt, consult the locals. Our weather sages have been spot-on all weekend and as they predicted, race day here at the Nurburgring has dawned as bright as it was yesterday.

Also just as they forecast, the ambient temperature reached 20 Celsius for qualifying, and they say it will climb to 21 by the time the European Grand Prix gets underway at two o’clock local time. Conditions for the seventh round of the FIA Formula One World Championship should pretty much be perfect.
