Webber to drop 10 places on Shanghai grid 18 Oct 2008
Red Bulls Mark Webber will drop 10 places on the grid for the Chinese Grand Prix after his Renault engine failed in dramatic fashion during final practice on Saturday in Shanghai.
As Webber has already used his penalty-free joker engine change (during the Italian Grand Prix weekend) he receives a 10-place grid penalty.
It comes as a huge blow for the Australian, who had been running well in China, setting the fifth-fastest time during Fridays afternoon session.
