F1 Rocks have announced they are to host two nights of their F1 Rocks The Afterparty during the weekend of the inaugural 2011 Formula 1 Airtel Grand Prix of India, which will take place in Delhi from October 28-30.
The first of the star-studded parties will get underway on the Friday night at the Crowne Plaza and feature renowned electronic house DJ Seb Fontaine and the ever-popular Cuban Brothers.
The second Afterparty will be held at Durbar Hall on the Sunday evening. Eighties legend Boy George and Virgin reserve driver Sakon Yamamoto are both expected to take a turn on the decks.
Our two F1 Rocks the Afterparty events will round off what looks like an amazing weekend of fast cars and entertainment in Delhi, explained F1 Rocks CEO Robert Montague. We have secured a truly great line-up that will provide fantastic entertainment for VIP guests, celebrities and Formula One drivers.
These additional festivities will enhance what already promises to be a fantastic weekend of entertainment on and off the track, with multi-award winning USA heavy metal band Metallica headlining the F1 Rocks in India event on the Friday night.
