Fans give thumbs up to Alpine's fresh new look after team reveal A521 livery

A brand new livery and a brand new car captured the hearts of Formula 1 fans around the world on Tuesday as Alpine revealed the blue, red and white A521 F1 car to the world – and the paint job has certainly gained more than a few admirers.
Alpine have swapped Renault's traditional yellow and black for a colour scheme that reflects not only the French tricolore but the British Union Jack flag in homage to the team's Viry and Enstone factories in France and the United Kingdom.

Two-time champion Fernando Alonso will return to Formula 1 to race the car alongside Frenchman Esteban Ocon, with former AlphaTauri driver Daniil Kvyat their reserve.
