Pierre Gasly found himself top of the timing sheets in the final practice session for the Turkish Grand Prix, ahead of the Red Bull pairing of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez.

A wet start to Saturday meant that the drivers headed out on track on full wet tyres, before changing over to intermediates as the track began to dry slightly, with Gasly mastering the conditions to go fastest ahead of qualifying.

Others weren’t so fortunate, with George Russell an early casualty after beaching his Williams FW43B in the gravel and bringing out a red flag – while there were also spins for the likes of Verstappen, Charles Leclerc and Nikita Mazepin.
