MUST-SEE: Verstappen and Leclerc’s frantic duel for victory in Jeddah
Two of the fastest racers of their generation, Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc, put on an epic display for the fans at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, dicing with each other lap after lap for supremacy around the Jeddah Corniche Circuit.
With Leclerc having hit the front after a Safety Car moved early leader Sergio Perez out of the way, Verstappen closed up to the Monegasque on Lap 42 of 50, the leaders ducking and diving around one another as each hunted the DRS advantage down the main straight in Jeddah.
It was a superb display – but ultimately it was Verstappen who came out on top to take the win and his first points of 2022. Watch the video above.
