Charles Leclerc shook off a spin in Q3 to seal his fourth pole position of the season at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya ahead of tomorrow’s Spanish Grand Prix.

Under intense pressure to deliver and with championship rival Max Verstappen on provisional pole, Leclerc set a time of 1m 18.750s to achieve the 13th pole position of his career and eclipse Verstappen’s time by 0.323s. It was a good day for Ferrari, with Carlos Sainz in P3, a further 0.416s behind his team mate.
