Imola was a race that saw some great battles into Tamburello corner, from the first lap to some of the final laps, so I thought it would be good to look through three of the key fights and how some worked and others didn’t.
Of course we have to start with Verstappen’s move. A superb piece of incredible skill, blended with sheer determination and guts from Max to send it around the outside, from a position that seemed impossible.
