After losing his race seat at Red Bull after 2020, Alex Albon has since been thriving as a team leader at Williams. On the latest episode of F1’s Beyond The Grid, the Thai driver talks about the mindset behind this and much more.

Albon joined the Grove-based team in 2022 and from there, the squad’s fortunes have been on the up, with Albon scoring 27 of Williams’ 28 points in 2023, putting them in seventh place of the constructors’ championship.
