After describing himself as ‘useless’ for his pole-wrecking crash in qualifying on Saturday, Charles Leclerc gave his all to try to make amends in Sunday’s race, climbing from eighth on the grid to the lead with a long first stint before ultimately settling for fifth and an extra point for fastest lap.
