DRIVER OF THE DAY: Verstappen earns fan vote to add to Vegas victory
Still the outsider for the 2025 drivers' title, Max Verstappen kept his hopes alive with another superb win.
Max Verstappen never misses an opportunity and when his pole-sitting title rival Lando Norris overcooked it into Turn 1 at the start in Las Vegas, the Dutchman didn't need asking twice. With the lead his, Verstappen duly controlled the race and was never seriously threatened as he eased to victory, thus becoming F1's only double winner on the Strip. Here’s how the voting broke down…
Max Verstappen - 26.2%
Kimi Antonelli - 16.4%
Lewis Hamilton - 14.5%
Charles Leclerc - 13.5%
Lando Norris - 7.5%
