F3: Stromsted wins out in three-way fight for Spielberg Feature Race victory
Noah Stromsted became the eighth winner of the 2026 F3 season by taking victory in the Spielberg Feature Race.

Noah Stromsted became the eighth different winner in eight races, earning P1 in the FIA Formula 3 Feature Race at the Red Bull Ring.
The TRIDENT driver went from fourth on the grid and had to remain patient in the early laps, losing a spot to teammate Freddie Slater but keeping him well within his sights.
Slater meanwhile took the fight to Championship leader Ugo Ugochukwu, with both drivers clearing polesitter Hiyu Yamakoshi in the first phase of the race.
From there, the Audi Development Driver made a move stick on Ugochukwu and shifted into defence for the ensuing laps.
Stromsted eventually made his way up to P3 to join in the lead battle, and having saved his Pirelli tyres, used the grip to first clear Ugochukwu for P2, and then teammate Slater for the race lead.
He left the pair to battle it out on the final lap, with the Campos Racing driver getting the better of Slater in a firm but fair fight to the chequered flag.
Ugochukwu made a brave pass down the inside of Turn 4 despite being pinched to the grass, but neither was a match for Stromsted, who claimed his second win in the Championship and first of the 2026 campaign.
The result means Ugochukwu leaves Spielberg with his Championship advantage extended to 16 points over Slater, who will be aiming to fight back on home soil next weekend at Silverstone.
