We recommend using PUBLIC TRANSPORT to the circuit. We provide plenty of free parking around the Hungaroring. Journeys may take longer, as traffic jams can happen at any time. You can get to Gate 3 of Hungaroring by taking the HÉV (local train) from Örs vezér tér to Kerepes station from where we provide free shuttle bus service to the event.

BUDAPEST - HUNGARORING

HÉV (local train): Örs vezér square - Kerepes station From Örs vezér tere spectators can take the H8 HÉV to Kerepes HÉV station, from where they can take the dedicated bus service to Hungaroring Gate 3. The H8 HÉV will run more frequently and with increased number of carriages, while the Volánbusz service will be adjusted to the HÉV timetable during the 2023 Formula 1 Qatar Airways Hungarian Grand Prix weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

HUNGARORING - BUDAPEST

From Hungaroring Gate 3 dedicated bus service will transport spectators to Gödöllő Railway Station. From Gödöllő Railway Station, spectators can take the H8 HÉV to Örs vezér tere, the MÁV-START trains to Keleti Railway Station in Budapest, and other parts of the country can also be reached by trains from Gödöllő (destinations outside Budapest are subject to additional charges). The H8 HÉV will run more frequently and with increased number of carriages, MÁV-START trains with increased capacity and Volánbusz service will be adjusted to the HÉV timetable during the 2023 Formula 1 Qatar Airways Hungarian Grand Prix weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Day ticket - Hungaroring ticket (one way), Hungaroring flexi ticket (return)

In person: in Budapest at BKK ticket offices and ticket machines, nationwide at MÁV-START ticket offices and ticket machines, moreover during the event at MÁV-START ticket offices at Gödöllő railway station and at temporary ticket offices at BKK Szilasliget and Mogyoród HÉV stations.

Online purchase options: In the MÁV app under Area and city tickets.

Hungaroring tickets and Hungaroring flexi-tickets are valid on the entire route detailed above, we recommend to buy tickets in advance or online.

Budapest Card Budapest Card holders arriving for the 2023 Formula 1 Qatar Airways Hungarian Grand Prix can travel to the event with the 72, 72+, 96 and 120-hour Budapest Card.

The Budapest Card is valid for the entire route detailed above between 21-23 July.
