HIGHLIGHTS: Norris survives huge late pressure from Piastri to win Hungarian Grand Prix
The McLaren duo nearly made contact in the closing laps but Lando Norris held on for victory.
Lando Norris claimed victory in the Hungarian Grand Prix, surviving massive late pressure from McLaren team mate Oscar Piastri in the closing stages.
The Briton secured the win having used a one-stop strategy in comparison to the two stops by his stablemate, and in the process he reduced Piastri's lead in the Drivers' Championship down to just nine points heading into the summer break.
George Russell completed the podium having made a late pass on Charles Leclerc, the Ferrari man dramatically slumping to fourth in the second half of the race having started from pole and leading the early stages.
