Mercedes are on the back foot at the moment after four consecutive Red Bull wins in the last four races - but they proved they are still fighting hard by taking a one-two in the second practice session at the Austrian Grand Prix.
Max Verstappen went quickest in the morning session, but Lewis Hamilton topped the time sheets in FP2 from his team mate Valtteri Bottas, with a drizzle-affected slippery track then preventing anyone from bettering the Silver Arrows' fastest times.

Verstappen had to make do with third fastest, while the two Aston Martins of Lance Stroll and Sebastian Vettel looked quick, slotting in P4 and P5 respectively, ahead of AlphaTauri's Yuki Tsunoda.
