HIGHLIGHTS: Watch the action from the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix as Verstappen takes the win and Bearman shines
Max Verstappen stormed to his second win of 2024 in Saudi Arabia as he and team mate Sergio Perez scored another Red Bull one-two. Ferrari stand-in Oliver Bearman also had a starring outing in his debut Grand Prix as he bagged P7 and six points.
In a tightly fought race, Verstappen led from the off at the race start as Charles Leclerc battled it out with Sergio Perez off the line for second, the Mexican eventually making the move stick on Lap 4.
There was then a flurry of pit stops after Lance Stroll crashed out on Lap 6, triggering a Safety Car, with plenty taking the opportunity to swap their tyres.
In the closing stages of the race, with Bearman in seventh, he managed to successfully hold off the challenge from his compatriots Lando Norris and Lewis Hamilton who were chasing him down in P8 and P9 respectively.
