KARTING CHALLENGE: Watch how an F1 journalist fares against Lando Norris in a five-lap kart race

Ever wondered how much faster Formula 1 drivers can go in a kart compared to us regular folk? F1.com’s Lawrence Barretto recently endeavoured to find out, as he went up against McLaren's Lando Norris in an LN Racing Kart challenge.

The action took place at the iconic South Garda Karting circuit in Italy, with Norris there to show off his new LN Racing Kart – an initiative set up by the McLaren star in 2021 to help the future aces of motorsport flourish.
