Limited-edition poster marks 1000th World Championship Grand Prix
In case you didn’t know, this weekend’s Chinese Grand Prix will be the 1000th round of the Formula 1 world championship, which began at Silverstone all the way back in May, 1950.
To commemorate this amazing landmark, F1 has commissioned a very special poster, limited to – appropriately enough – 1000 editions, depicting a 2019 Formula 1 car in shimmering gold.
To make these posters truly unique, each is embossed with a layer of gold foil, highlighting both the iconic F1 font and the name of every Grand Prix winner.
