A minute’s silence will be observed in honour of Jules Bianchi prior to the start of this weekend’s race in Hungary.
Bianchi passed away last week, nine months on from his crash in the Japanese Grand Prix, with his funeral held in Nice on Tuesday.
Amongst those present were world champion Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, Jenson Button, Romain Grosjean, Daniel Ricciardo, Daniil Kvat, Nico Rosberg, Nico Hulkenberg, Marcus Ericsson, Pastor Maldonado and Felipe Massa, all of whom will be competing in Budapest.
Speaking ahead of the Grand Prix, Hamilton said: “I will be carrying Jules with me in my prayers and thoughts, not only this race but for the rest of my driving days. I know he'd want us to race hard as he did, and so I will.”
The minute’s silence will begin at 13.45 local time on Sunday.
