MUST-SEE: Vettel almost collected by Magnussen after massive spin in practice
Sebastian Vettel might feel like he got away with one on Friday night, after the Ferrari driver escaped from a massive moment with his car intact – despite spinning right across the path of Kevin Magnussen's Haas.
The incident occured in FP2, after the German had already spun at Turn 2, on the exit of Turn 5. Vettel got loose and skewed across the track, with Magnussen slamming on the brakes in avoidance.
Vettel ended the session in P16, while Ferrari team mate Charles Leclerc failed to set a lap time after suffering an early driveshaft issue.
