Max Verstappen managed a clean getaway at the start of the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix as Ferrari super-sub Oliver Bearman – starting 11th – survived his first few corners in a Formula 1 race unscathed.

The 18-year-old Briton managed to keep hold of his 11th place despite briefly running wide in the opening stages.
