Max Verstappen more than enjoyed his race weekend in Hungary as he dominated to claim his latest victory, and make history as Red Bull secured 12 wins in a row. There was plenty of excitement over the radio waves, as the Dutch driver hailed his ‘unbelievable rocket ship’ and his team mate Sergio Perez also shared in the praise having helped his team to that new record himself.
But there were plenty more talking points over team radio across the grid, with the Alpine pair of Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly having much to say as they were forced to retire from the Grand Prix after the lap 1 collision. Gasly in particular couldn’t believe the luck he and his team were having.

Lando Norris had another day to remember with a second P2 in a row, as his McLaren continued to perform at a whole new level, and the Brit duly sent his love back to those at the factory after he crossed the line.
